***IF YOU WOULD LIKE A LOGO ENGRAVED:
Send us your image by email. It must be in .jpeg or .cdr format and preferably in all black on an all white background. We will then contact you to let you know if your image is appropriate for engraving.
In order for us to engrave a logo, the customer must either own it or have express rights to use it (written permission from the owner of the logo). Images that are in the public domain or those that have been deemed/labeled as "useable for commercial purposes" can also be used for engraving purposes.

We accept major credit cards for online payment.
Generally, we will process, prepare, and -at your request- ship your order within 5 business days of your payment.
You will receive email communication from us regarding the status of your order (order received, order shipped).
If your order requires engraving, please send engraving information to us when you place the order. If there are any errors in your submission, you must contact us within 24 hours to correct those errors. Otherwise, you will be charged an appropriate fee for any corrections we are requested to make on your behalf.
Any item that has been permanently engraved/personalized can not be returned. However, we will gladly correct any spelling/text error for which we are responsible on a product that we have sold to and engraved for our customer. If the customer is responsible for a spelling/text error, we will correct the error and charge the customer only for the replacement cost of the component(s) required to correct the error, e.g. metal plate, plastic plate, acrylic, etc.
Items bearing no engraving/personalization may be returned within 7 business days of the customer receiving the merchandise and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer must contact us for a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise to us. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
